Tell us about the trip
Use the Request a Ride form or call us during business hours with the pickup address, destination, date and time.
- Step 2
We review and confirm
A Peavanta representative contacts you to review availability, vehicle suitability and trip details. A ride is confirmed only after we have spoken with you.
- Step 3
Your driver arrives
On the day, your driver arrives at the agreed pickup time, helps you into the vehicle, and takes you to your destination, and back again if you booked a round trip.
